We brewed our favorite experimental beer that tastes like German chocolate cake and this time added some cacao nibs and peanut butter flavor. Why not? we're still eating cake and listening to 'em while we brew. Briess Pilsen, Pale Ale, Midnight Wheat, and Carapils malts. Saaz hops and coriander (with chocolate PB icing).

Baby Cow
One of those beers that makes you happy and playful when you're asked to get one. This original recipe mellow cream ale is brewed with Briess Pale Ale and Bonlander Munich malt, flaked maize, and cascade hops.

We're doing better with the Cheetos but now Omicron is creeping, so by any respect we're still not quite Back on Track and who knows when we will be - This version of BoT is another lemon and lime basil wheat lager brewed with Briess Pale Ale, Blond RoastOat, and wheat malts.

Lime Scooter
Exciting as an E-scooter, this black saison carries a healthy charge of lime basil for unique citrus notes on top of Dr. Rudi hops. Briess 2-row and Munich are the smooth lane surface this runs on, and some Victory, carapils, and carafa III give some reason to meander.

Singularity
We think we know what it means, and think you know too. But wouldn't it be nice to share some bottles of this dark rye stout with Sagan and Feynman to truly understand? Brewed with Briess 2-row, Rye, Chocolate, Special Roast, and Roasted Barley malts. Hopped with Chinook and Dr. Rudi.

Snow Fog
Warm air over the snow pack lofted a dense cloud over Alexander Run behind our brewery. We took it as a sign to pay homage to this winter phenomenon and added some Chocolate malt to our flagship beer recipe of Briess 2-row Pilsen, Pale Ale, and Honey malts, with our blend of Citra, Cashmere, and Mosaic hops for another remarkable IPA.

Southern Cross
Brewed in the common California style, this steam-type beer has Briess Bonlander Munich, Goldpils Vienna, American Honey, Caramel, and Carapils malts for a deep amber malty but dry brew with Nugget hops balancing things out.

Two Bridges
From our brewery we can see two bridges recently built to allow Galloping Goose (one of the newest and coolest mountain biking trails around here) to cross Alexander Run and helping to keep our headwaters pure. This single-track brown ale is brewed with Briess Goldpils Vienna, Crystal, Special, and Carapils malts, and hopped with Chinook, Cascade, and Mt. Hood.

Brewer's Holiday 2023
Tis the season for everyone to offer one and there's no safe distance from that style snowball rolling downhill. So we knocked a smarmy elf off the shelf to find some spices and crafted a lighter version of our holiday-spiced dark saison. This year's version is brewed with Briess wheat, crystal, and carapils malts, First Gold hops, and our very own concoction of spices.

We've got red and white oaks dropping leaves around our brewery this fall. This beer is made with Briess Bavarian Wheat and American Honey malts. Like its sister beer Red Oak, Galaxy hops for both bittering and aroma.

Humphries Monologue
We can talk all we want, but true thespians seem to speak in a way that stops time and allows us to focus on the now even if it seems to be the past. Really great ones who transform themselves as they talk can also lift us with laughter. This blond ale marks the passing of one of the best. Brewed with Briess 2-row, Rye, Roastoats, and Carapils malt, with oats, corn, and local honey, and hopped with UK First Gold.

Broadford Kayak
A robust bock beer marking the begining of spring in the mountains and first kayaks out on the lake. Brewed using Briess Goldpils Vienna, Bonlander Munich, and Victory malts, and bittered with Saaz hops.

sNOw (Cancel Phil)
We're not into cancel culture but come on, Phil claimed we'd have 6 more weeks of winter and we're only having weekly repeats of 6 days of spring and 1 day of winter. That's just wrong! So this bitter brown hazy IPA will go a long way to helping us forget the day we believed that groundhog's bogus spiel as we've got NO snow! Brewed with Briess 2-row brewers, sparkling amber, and crystal malts, and hopped with Galaxy from Australia - a place with no need for Phil.

Fire Assignment
Brewed in honor of those who help knock down wildfires, this unique beer uses Briess Cherry Wood Smoked Malt and a heap of fresh blue spruce tips for its core flavor profile - along with Pilsen, Roasted Barley, and Special Roast malts and Chinook hops. Perfect after a mop up to reflect on a job well done.

Gargoyle Needs Carseat
A want ad or safety message? This ginger orange blossom honey saison holds the key to figuring it out. Brewed with Briess Sparkling Amber malt, orange blossom honey, Nugget and First Gold hops, and spiced with coriander, and fresh ginger root. Contemplate the question with a sip but here's our pro tip - Gargoyles don't like to ride in cars but when they do, give 'em a seat (you can thank us later).

Yard Work
You pick up sticks, cut the lawn, and do countless other tasks in the yard, yet after walking miles you've gone nowhere. Take the edge off and survey your site with satisfaction while holding a special Saison brewed with Briess Golden Light, Honey, and Carapils malts, spiced with Cascade and Cashmere hops, and finely finished with fresh lime. Job well done.

This blond oatmeal stout can help lean into changes ahead. Brewed with Briess Pale Ale, Blond RoastOat, and Carapils malts, flaked oatmeal. Galaxy hops aid keeping it all in perspective.

Bird Fast
So we try to feed the birds wintering around ALB, but since we put the food out they disappeared! Hopefully by the time this beer is ready the birds are eating again. This black saison is brewed with Briess Pale Ale, Goldpils, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Midnight Wheat, Caramel malts, and molasses. Dr. Rudy and Galaxy hops from Australia round it out - bet the Splendid Fairywren are feasting down under!

Low cal? Nope. Low carb? Nope. Low alcohol? Nope. Low taste? Hell no! Low means whatever you want it to mean - a mood, a weight, a temperature - that's yours to define. For our part we'll bring this amber Kellerbier style beer brewed with Briess Goldpils Vienna, Caramel, and American Honey malts, and spiced with Saaz and First Gold hops.

Shop Local Using Grown At Home LIme and Lemon Basil. This Saison kicks off the holiday season in ALB's unique style that ain't going to be had anywhere else. Locally-sourced Country Parson honey and our own home-grown hydroponic lemon and lime basil. Sit a spell to write a card and sip one... then ask why's that pen in my hand?

Leaf Drop
Deeply colored for fall, this brown IPA leverages the best Nugget, Mt. Hood, and Chinook hops to provide a firm hop-forward counter to a toasty base of Briess dark, golden, and caramel malts. This hop forward brew will help us cruise through (without a care) this Cool-Hand-Luke-like season of endlessly clearing leaves that just keep coming.

Clock Back
Can't stop time. But you can roll your clock back to gain an hour, and if everyone does it Jim sleeps in (wish we knew what that world would be like). This timely beer is brewed with Briess 2-row, Bonlander Munich malts, flaked corn, and Vic Secret hops from Australia. Savor time with a glass of this one.

Knitting Class
Our first attempt at an original recipe hazy New England IPA (NEIPA). We used carefully sized needles of Briess golden light, Bavarian wheat, and carapils malt, to stitch together Galaxy, Mosaic, Cashmere, and Citra hops into a bold and fruity brew with a unique looping pattern that should fit just fine.

First pull wildflower honey from Country Parson in Mountain Lake Park makes this farmhouse saison extra special. Original ALB recipe using Briess Pilsen, Victory, Caramel, and Carapils malts, Chinook and Mt. Hood hops, and coriander seed.

Super Spreader
Dr. Fauci knows C19 and vax and Dr. Rudi knows hops so his Rx is just the right medicine to balance the rich malty copper goodness in our 2021 Oktoberfest brew. Bock beer paying homage to 1607 Jefferson Brewery where it all started in the mid-1980s as ALB hits its 1 bbl milestone! Lightly hopped with Saaz, gal 11111 draws on Munich, pale 2-row, and Pilsen malts with a touch of crystal malt and roasted barley for its malty foundation.

American lager brewed in honor of our home town, Mountain Lake Park which got its start in 1881 when a few good folks acted on their idea to establish the second Chautauqua in the United States here. Pilsen malt, flaked maize, lightly hopped with Saaz and Mt. Hood hops make for a refreshing lager reminiscent of an earlier time.

Raptor Bath
Brewed in honor of our backyard hawks we mixed the things up with an oatmeal pilsner. Briess Pilsen malt, RoastOat malt, and flaked oatmeal. Mount Hood hops provide the talons to balance things out.

A lime basil wheat ale brewed with Briess Pilsen, Blond RoastOat, and wheat malts. Cashmere hops complement lime basil grown in our beer cave (a carbon cycle on a pico scale where CO2 produced while Alexander and Lane work is taken up by plants like lime and lemon basil growing in our hydroponic gardens).
